Congratulations on taking steps to better yourself. My name is Vincent, and I'm a licensed therapist based in California with over 20 years of experience. I've had the honor to meet many talented, intelligent, and wonderful people who needed some support to get through a rough patch in their life. I've helped everyone from high school teens to older adults overcome life challenges and gain understanding of their situation when they feel stuck. A little about me. I received my Bachelors in Psychology from Occidental College, my Masters degree from the University of Washington, and I have extensive experience in the area of substance abuse, and other addictions. One interesting thing about me, I LOVE Pecan Pie ! On a more serious note, and more importantly, I'm here to support you.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. Ideally, we can identify your goals in therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I consider myself to be a genuine, kind and understanding clinician. In my opinion, this is the foundation of an effective therapeutic relationship. In addition, I strongly feel that trust, comfort, and honesty are the keys to achieving progress in therapy. Many clients have commented on my comforting presence. Lastly, I try to find the positive aspects of any given situation, and I will support you fully and unconditionally.
