I am Alissa. I am a licensed mental health clinician in Miami, FL. I graduated from Florida International University and decided to start my own private practice to provide individuals with accessible and affordable mental health resources. I aim to create a safe space because I strongly believe that speaking where you feel validated promotes healing and growth. I'll meet you with compassion, empathy and valuable techniques so you can overcome anything that you may feel is holding you back.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we'd begin with brief introductions and quickly dive into the challenges you're experiencing. I tailor the rest of our sessions to work on these individualized challenges and work on ways to develop ways to measure our progress.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I find my strengths as a clinician are in the empathy that I provide and ability to develop a relationship where growth can be conducive. Through gentle confrontation I believe growth can happen.
