Hi, I’m Annika! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and I’ve been supporting clients on their wellness journey since 2019. I work with teens, adults, and older adults, helping them navigate life’s challenges with more clarity, confidence, and ease. My therapeutic style is solution-focused with a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). We’ll explore the relationship between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, using curiosity and reflection to challenge patterns that no longer serve you. I believe that the solution to every problem already exists within you—my role is to help you uncover it, build on it, and trust in your ability to move forward. While therapy can be deep and transformative, I bring a relaxed and easygoing energy into the space. My goal is to create an environment where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to grow at a pace that feels authentic to you. In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll slow down, breathe, and get on the same page. You can expect a calm, welcoming space where you can talk openly about what’s been weighing on you or what you want to improve. I’ll ask gentle questions, we’ll talk through what’s working and what isn’t, and together we’ll sketch out a path forward that feels doable—not overwhelming. You’ll leave feeling supported, understood, and a little lighter than when you came in.

My clients often tell me they feel truly seen when they’re with me—and that matters. I approach therapy with curiosity, compassion, and a belief that people thrive when they feel safe enough to be real. Along with mental and emotional support, I bring a background in sport performance and mindset coaching, helping clients sharpen their confidence, regulate stress, and reach their goals both on and off the field.
