What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During the first session expectation of treatment will be discussed once the assessment is completed. Goals and objectives will also be developed.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I rely heavily on the use of CBT, narrative therapy, mindfulness, DBT, and more to support children, families, and adults. I have extensive experience in the treatment of anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and trauma disorders.

My work experiences have included a variety of outpatient and inpatient settings such as research, hospitals, and private practice.
