I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience working as a therapist and life coach. My experience includes but not limited to working with clients with a wide range of concerns: anger management, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationships, and self-esteem. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with compassion and respect. My therapeutic approach is eclectic and holistic, using integrative approaches, such as mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral, and psychodynamic therapies. I am client-centered, and our sessions and treatment plan are tailored to address your specific needs.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

It takes a lot of courage to seek help and make changes. If you are ready, I am here to help, guide, assist, empower and support you.I look forward to taking this journey with you! In our first session we will complete an intake assessment and help gain a better understanding of what brought you to therapy and what you want to work on.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I specialize in working with client who want to improve their self esteem, improve anxiety and depressed mood, help with past traumas. I am also a breast cancer survivor and would like to work with client who have been diagnosed or currently in tx.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Achieve this by assisting clients in identifying negative thoughts and patterns, providing skills training, and teaching self-help strategies.

Grief Therapy

Provide grief therapy by supporting clients in healing and navigating through the stages of grief.

Trauma-Focused CBT

Accomplish this by guiding clients to recognize and address their negative thoughts and behavioral patterns, offering skills training, and imparting strategies for self-assistance. Incorporate trauma-informed care by comprehending the trauma the patient has endured.
