At any age, life can become overwhelming and challenging to navigate. Whatever pain or suffering that brought you here today, I am ready to work with you on finding a way through the muddiness of your life’s obstacles. I work from a depth-oriented Somatic psychotherapy lens and believe that you hold the answers that need to be uncovered. We will work with the nervous system and understand how the body, emotions, and brain interact.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Assessment of client's current symptoms, appropriateness of fit with client, foundations of trust to enhance therapeutic relationship.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Authentic and non-judgmental presence, creativity, active and engaged therapy, caring and loving safe space.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I work with individuals, couples, and people in various types of relationships (separation, divorce, conscious uncoupling, polyamorous). I specialize in working with trauma, child-parent issues, anxiety, depression, substance use, and self-esteem issues.

My treatment methods

Somatic

We will work with the nervous system and understand how the body, emotions, and brain interact.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I utilize CBT with other modalities to address negative thought patterns and cycles.

Psychodynamic

I integrate this modality to help clients understand how their past effects their current experiences, help clients gain insight to their challenges, and understand the unconscious parts of ourselves hold in order to best understand oneself.

Trauma Informed Care

All of my care is trauma informed, meaning that I will take into account your past traumas and hold them with care. We will address these traumas when appropriate, and work to understand how these experiences have effected you and the life that you lead today.
