Hello and Welcome! I am licensed in Florida with 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. Also, I will ask questions about your past and I will ask about your family history. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I find that a little bit of patience, compassion and understanding goes a long way. However, I am also a great listener and communicator, so I can often aid clients in expressing themselves, offering them the words, tools and ways to say how they feel. Another, strength is that I hold each client in unconditional regard. I am respectful of each client's perspective.
