I felt called to help others in a way that focused on mind and spirit. I've always been curious about what shapes behaviors and how people maintain resilience through challenges. I believe everyone has capacity for growth and healing, and witnessing clients move toward peace and self-discovery is profoundly rewarding. I take an integrative approach, drawing on proven methods that fit your needs. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to reframe unhelpful thoughts and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy for mindfulness and emotional regulation. My focus is providing a supportive space to build insight and create meaningful change. I support clients from all walks of life, including the LGBTQIA+ community, and adults navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, low self-esteem, and building coping skills. If you seek clarity, healing, or goal exploration, I'll work alongside you to create an empowering plan for growth.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, we will take time to gently explore what brings you to therapy, including your current concerns, personal history, and what you hope to gain from our work together. There is no pressure to share more than you feel ready for, and the session will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Our focus will be on creating a safe, supportive space and beginning to build a trusting therapeutic relationship.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strength as a therapist is my ability to create a safe, compassionate, and collaborative space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, and I approach this process with care—meeting clients where they are and honoring their pace, needs, and goals. I specialize in supporting adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, and trauma, and I bring both structure and warmth to the healing process. I take an integrative approach, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, while remaining flexible and responsive to each individual. This allows me to help clients build insight, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful, sustainable change. My work is grounded in collaboration—therapy is something we do together, not something done to you. I am deeply committed to inclusive, affirming care, supporting clients from all walks of life, including the LGBTQIA+ community. I value open communication and empathetic listening, creating a judgment-free environment where clients can reflect, explore, and grow. Even during challenging moments, I remain calm and patient, walking alongside clients as they build confidence, resilience, and self-understanding. Helping clients reach their goals is a shared process. Together, we identify what matters most—whether improving relationships, processing trauma, strengthening self-esteem, or navigating change—and adapt goals as growth unfolds. My role is to offer steady support, insight, and practical tools while empowering clients to trust their own capacity for healing.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Therapy is collaborative, focusing on goals that matter to you—improving relationships, processing trauma, building self-esteem, or other objectives. Goals evolve as you gain insight and grow. Together, we'll adapt them to stay relevant and empowering. My role is supporting you and providing practical tools.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients better understand how their thoughts influence emotions and daily experiences. Together, we identify unhelpful thinking patterns and practice skills that support emotional balance, self-compassion, and healthier choices. CBT is offered in a supportive, collaborative, and individualized way that honors each client’s unique needs and pace.

Attachment-based

I have experience using attachment-based therapy to help clients understand how early relational experiences influence emotional regulation, self-worth, and relationship patterns. In my practice, I support clients in identifying attachment wounds, recognizing relational triggers, and developing healthier ways of connecting with others. Attachment-based work is integrated within a trauma-informed, compassionate framework that supports safety, insight, and lasting relational change.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

DBT helps clients learn practical skills for managing overwhelming emotions and stressful situations. Together, we work on building tools for emotional balance, healthy communication, and coping during difficult moments. This approach is supportive, skills-based, and designed to help clients feel more grounded and in control of their responses.

Gender-affirming therapy

Gender-affirming therapy offers a supportive space to explore gender identity, expression, and lived experience without judgment. Sessions focus on validation, self-understanding, and building resilience while navigating relationships, stress, and life transitions. This approach is affirming, collaborative, and honors each person’s identity, pace, and goals.

Integrative

Integrative therapy blends different therapeutic approaches to support the whole person—mind, body, and emotional experience. Sessions are personalized and may include skill-building, insight-oriented work, and mindfulness practices based on what feels most helpful to you. This approach is flexible, collaborative, and designed to support healing in a way that honors your unique needs and goals.
