Hi! Thanks for joining Grow. My name is Mailyn Paredes. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Sunshine: Florida. In our first session together, I will be conducting a motivational interview, in order to better understand your situation and be able to help you identify goals to work in our journey together.

I use a variety of treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Gottman Method, Evidence - Based Therapy and others. I work with individuals to treat Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, OCD, ADHD, Trauma BPD, and Spectrum. I am experienced at validating Trauma, and helping increase coping mechanisms with an array of challenges. I specialize in couples of all types, LGBTQIA, Gender Dysphoria, Trans-Teen/adult support, and multicultural Counseling. I like to provide Christian-support to my fellow Faithful Counseling Group.
