I am a compassionate, collaborative therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience, dedicated to helping individuals, couples, families, and groups feel more grounded, understood, and empowered in their lives. My approach is person-centered, strength-based, and trauma-informed, meaning I meet clients where they are and honor their unique experiences, identities, and goals. I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, supportive, and collaborative. I work alongside my clients—not as an authority, but as a trusted partner—helping them gain insight, build skills, and reconnect with their inner strengths. My goal is to create a space where clients feel genuinely heard, respected, and validated.I work with clients who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, depressed, disconnected, or uncertain about their next steps. Many of my clients are navigating trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity exploration, or long-standing emotional patterns that no longer serve them. Through therapy, clients often experience increased emotional clarity, improved coping skills, greater confidence, healthier relationships, and a renewed sense of balance and purpose.

Your first session is designed to help you feel comfortable and supported. We focus on building trust and understanding what brought you to therapy. You are never pressured to share more than you are ready to. Many clients leave the first session feeling relief and reassurance, knowing they have been heard and supported.

At the core of my practice is a collaborative, person-centered philosophy. I believe clients are the experts of their own lives. Strength-Based

With over 20 years of clinical experience, I provide compassionate, effective, and individualized therapy to adults, couples, families, and groups. My approach is integrative, strength-based, and client-centered, allowing me to tailor treatment to each person’s unique goals, identity, and life experiences.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

With over 20 years of experience I I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and behavioral strategies to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, regulate emotions, and develop practical coping skills that lead to meaningful, lasting change. Motivational Interviewing is woven throughout treatment to support motivation, build confidence, and help clients move toward change in a nonjudgmental way.

Couples Counseling

For 8 years I offer couples and family therapy to strengthen communication, resolve conflict, and build healthier, more connected relationships. My work is grounded in understanding relational patterns and fostering empathy, trust, and mutual respect

Gender-affirming therapy

For 8 yearsAs a provider of gender-affirming therapy, I am committed to offering an inclusive, validating space for transgender and gender-diverse individuals. I support clients with identity exploration, self-acceptance, navigating transitions, and coping with minority stress and societal challenges.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

For 20. years I also facilitate group therapy, creating opportunities for connection, shared understanding, and growth through community support. Mindfulness-based techniques are integrated to help clients reduce stress, increase emotional awareness, and build resilience.
