Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a structured, evidence-based approach that focuses on identifying and modifying negative thought patterns and behaviors. It is widely used to treat a range of psychological issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and stress management. My approach focuses on helping people identify unhelpful thought patterns, challenge them, and replace them with healthier, more balanced perspectives. Alongside this, I incorporate behavioral strategies like exposure exercises for anxiety, structured problem-solving for stress, and mindfulness techniques for emotional regulation. I keep CBT flexible and tailored—some people connect more with thought journaling, while others prefer action-based exercises. The goal is always to make it useful for everyday life, not just in sessions.
