Life can be wonderful. It can also be stressful and difficult. This may be due to a recent change, buildup of burnout or a traumatic experience that happened at any time in your life. I am here to help you navigate through that because everyone needs someone, sometimes. I will be a source of support and encouragement for you while we explore what you want, identify obstacles, and learn skills. I use a creative approach throughout the process to encourage and empower you as an active participant in your own life. As a general practitioner, I have worked with a broad range of needs and age ranges.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our sessions we will explore life satisfaction, skills building and empowerment as well as problem areas. Some sessions may have a homework plan at the end and all sessions end with encouragement to continue to challenge yourself to grow in-between sessions.

I utilize a creative approach that often uses more than one method based on your needs and strengths. I use modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Behavior Modification, Choice Theory and Solution Focused
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My creativity, curiosity and care are my biggest strengths. Creativity allows me to see things from many different angles and change up how I approach different situations and interactions. I am genuinely curious to get to know you and learn about your life then help you work towards living your best life.
