First session
In our first session, my goal is to create a safe and comfortable space where you can share as much or as little as you'd like. We'll start by getting to know each other, exploring what brought you to therapy, and discussing your goals. I'll ask some questions to better understand your experiences, challenges, and what support looks like for you. This session is about building trust and giving you a sense of how we can work together to help you heal, grow, and move toward the life you want.
