Howdy, and welcome! I am so glad you're here! I'm a licensed therapist in Tennessee, and I provide telehealth therapy services on the evenings and weekends. I use an eclectic approach and often pull from frameworks of EMDR, parts-work, solution-focused, and more to support you as you process, untangle, and move toward where you want to be. I'm looking forward to hearing from you!

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

We will spend time getting to know each other. I'd like to hear what your experiences have been like leading to you seeking therapy and how you'd like for life to look moving forward, and we will create a plan to help you move in that direction.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, a little quirky, and focused on your needs.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with folks who feel like outsiders looking in, who are carrying quiet pain or loud thoughts, and who want a space that feels safe enough to move from fight, flight, or freeze into comfort and healing. Even if you are unsure or uncertain, you are welcome here!

My treatment methods

EMDR

I integrate EMDR into sessions to help the brain reprocess painful or overwhelming experiences so they no longer feel as distressing. Together, we move at your pace, use grounding and resourcing, and ensure you feel safe and supported throughout the process.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I incorporate an IFS-informed approach to help you connect with and understand the different parts of who you are. Maybe you have parts that protect, parts that carry pain, or parts that want to grow. This approach is about helping your inner system work together instead of against itself.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I integrate DBT to support you in learning practical skills for navigating big emotions, improving relationships, and finding calm in the chaos. It's about creating space for both acceptance and growth.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

We can use CBT to help you notice the patterns between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together, we explore ways of thinking and responding that support healing, self-compassion, and lasting change.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I use SFBT to help you identify your strengths, resources, ad the small steps that move you toward the life you want. This approach focuses on what's working already and helping you build hope and create meaningful change one piece at a time.
