Hey there! I am so proud of you for taking this step to your healing journey! My name is Dana Cila, the CEO and Founder of Healing Convos. I am a Licensed Clinical Therapist who is passionate about helping you become the best version of yourself. As a millennial, I understand the challenges we face with everyday life and I myself am working on my healing journey! I created Healing Convos so that Millennials and Gen Z, specifically men and woman of color, can have a safe space to heal, learn to set boundaries and grow. I genuinely enjoy getting to know people for who they are. I believe we should not be held back by our past experiences or current circumstances. I am passionate about helping millennials identify, develop, and utilize the strengths that they already possess to aid in reaching their goals of improving their mental health. My clients have often described me as authentic, personable and non-judgmental. Once again, welcome to Healing Convos and I can’t wait for us to embark on your healing journey!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we would work on getting to know each other. We would review your presenting concerns, look into underlying issues, and obtain personal and family history. My goal is to work with you in developing a plan, addressing the issues you believe are important, and to work on realistic goals to create a treatment plan tailored to your needs. I know it can be difficult to make the decision to start therapy, and I am here to create a safe and non-judgmental space for you to heal and grow.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a millennial therapist, who works with millennials and Gen-Z, I can relate in so many ways when it comes to career decisions about feeling stuck, depression, anxiety about the unknown, and just life itself, as we know, can come with many challenges. I myself go through the same challenges as my client, and I am able to work with my therapist to address those problems. I can relate to my client and show up as my authentic self.
