What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing, this will help me create a tailored plan for us to work though in follow-up sessions.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

Due to the significant and well-documented influence of brain chemistry on psychotic disorders, the first step in treatment is usually starting a medication regimen and psychotherapy. The right medications can disrupt or change processes in the brain that cause or intensify symptoms. After starting medication, many people experience complete remission of positive symptoms of many psychotic disorders, including hallucinations and delusions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
