With over 10 years of experience working with substance use and mental health disorders in both adolescents and adults, and a Masters in Clinical Mental Health as well as a Masters in Addiction Counseling, I’m thrilled to be able to provide the compassion and the confidence boost needed to make some big (and maybe some not so big) changes in your life. I've worked in various treatment settings from residential, to PHP and IOP, so I'm ready for whatever comes my way!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Picture having a chat over a cup of coffee with an old friend that you haven’t seen in awhile. I will ask you some questions to learn more about you as a person and to better understand what you are hoping to gain out of therapy. You do not ever have to discuss anything you are uncomfortable with!

I pride myself in creating a warm, safe environment where you can feel comfortable to be your truest self. Everyone’s story and life experience is individual to them, and I work to ensure that we are meeting YOUR goals. You are the most important person in the counseling relationship and our work together will reflect just how important you are.
