I have worked in the field as a tech in a mental health hospital with severely ill clients, as an office assistant in private practice, case management and as a counselor in agency work until landing in my own office.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session. We will review confidentiality as well as expectations of both therapist and client, and complete an in depth history and understanding g of what gad you seeking out therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Empathy and connection. Research has shown over and over that the connection between client and therapist is more effective in making a change and increased kmlrpvement rather than a specific tool if the trade.
