I can give you tools that you can use every day. I use an approach addressing the mind , body and spirit. I also use cognitive behavioral therapy with compassion. You can be honest with your feelings with no judgment.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

We will start with what is happening now and make a plan to make positive changes in your life. I will explore your problems and past and help you understand yourself better. I will provide a safe space to talk about what is bothering you and help you with tools of meditation. Changes in thinking and exercises. I will provide homework we can talk about and make progress towards your goals at your pace.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I use cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, dbt and eft for trauma. I provide education, materials to read and homework with questions to help you increase your coping skills.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I specialize in trauma work having experience and trainings in this area as well as addictions. I can help with Substance use , nicotine and eating issues. My strengths include developing relationships which are healing and motivating to inspire you . I believe everyone can change and improve their lives I find it rewarding to see people grow. I also believe in the power of pet therapy having three dogs myself and strong cultural identity as I am Ukrainian and advocate for justice.
