In our first session together, we’ll start with brief introductions, then see if we have a “vibe”. Positive therapeutic relationship is important for growth, and before we move forward, we need to make sure we’re a good fit. If you’ve decided to move forward, we’ll discuss the specific challenges you’re facing. This will help to create a plan and goals for follow-up sessions.
