I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of experience in mental health. I received my Master of Science in Nursing at McNeese State University in Louisiana. I strive to create a non-judgemental space where clients can discuss concerns that they may have related to depression, anxiety, sleep, and mood. I focus on finding the most beneficial and effective treatment options that my clients and I are most comfortable with to treat their concerns.

In our first session, we will go over your history comprehensively, order labs if needed, and start to create a treatment plan to address your concerns.

Listening is my greatest strength. After working in mental health for over 13 years, I have heard many times from different clients how they felt unheard by previous providers. I pride myself in being able to listen and understand what my clients want.
