As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor with a Master's degree from Lindsey Wilson College, I bring expertise and empathy to our therapeutic journey. As a neuropsychotherapist, I treat the brain with a focus on its powerful yet sensitive nature, integrating knowledge from neuroscience into psychotherapy. In our work together, we will incorporate neuroscience findings related to neurons, neurotransmitters, memory, neuroplasticity, and brain structures to develop effective brain-based techniques. I prioritize building genuine rapport and trust with my clients, creating a safe space where we can collaboratively process life's events and work towards healing and growth together. Our therapeutic relationship will be at the core of this process, focusing on a strong therapist-client connection. Additionally, we will utilize techniques to integrate the left and right brain hemispheres, aiming to achieve emotional balance, instill hope, and foster self-efficacy. By blending these approaches, we will work towards enhancing your overall mental health and well-being.

This is not the life you pictured, is it? You know things need to change but have no idea where to start. Being a human in this fast-paced society is quite difficult and often times heartbreaking. I strive to place the therapeutic relationship as my primary focus, because until someone feels authentically accepted, change is not going to be possible. You came here to change things in your life but ironically, first you have to learn to accept who and what you are, right in this moment. I can help you get to that place! I mix science of the brain & body in combination with identifying the many loops and patterns we tend to get "stuck" in, to help clients achieve authentic change, and a more peaceful outlook on themselves and their life.

*In-Person Appointments Available per request. Hello! First things first, I would like to give you massive amounts of credit for making the choice to begin/continue your journey to healing, health and happiness. Whether you choose me or another provider it is extremely brave to make the effort to look into beginning or continuing with therapy services. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has spent approximately ten years in the field with the last six being in the clinical setting as a therapist. I have worked with youth, ages 4-21, who have experienced trauma and were placed in out of home care or in the independent living program through the state. I have worked with individuals of all ages who struggled with addiction and dual-diagnosis, and I have worked most recently with individuals who have survived or were impacted by sexual trauma. These groups also included individuals with more common diagnosis such as Depression and Anxiety. I love helping people find their own light and worth within themselves. When I work with clients my goal is to ultimately foster independence and the ability to function well in the world without my help, however; I also believe therapy every now and then is similar to an oil change for your brain. Life is ever changing and having a consistent person you can trust and check in with can be extremely healing and helpful. I believe the most important thing you can do as a clinician is to genuinely care about the people you serve and I feel that those I work with are able to tell that I am authentic in attitude. Please understand if I am working with a child in your care I will need your participation as the parent or guardian as well. Children make the most progress when they are surrounded by adults who understand their needs (which is sometimes more difficult than it sounds). I am not in the business of "fixing" children/adolescents, but do try to help them learn how to navigate life in a healthy more productive way which hopefully will result in their being more happy and fulfilled human beings.

During trying to conceive, pregnancy and the postpartum period, women and new moms are faced with all kinds of intense challenges. Between fluctuating hormones, adjustments to motherhood, and the risk of postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, there could be a number of issues that women face during the perinatal journey. I am committed to working with women and providing them support as they navigate these uncharted waters of motherhood. Perinatal mood and anxiety disorders affect 1 in 5 to 7 moms. You are not alone. With support and help, you can be healthy and enjoy a rich and meaningful life. I am certified through Postpartum Support International in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. This training offered me insight to using interpersonal and CBT therapeutic techniques to work with clients who are struggling with adjustments to parenthood, as well as serious mental health issues that can arise during pregnancy or the postpartum period. If you are concerned that your anxiety in pregnancy is not just nerves, or you’re worried that your struggles are greater than the baby blues, reach out today for specialized care. You are not alone, and with help, you can be well.

You've taken the first step! I'm Necole a licensed clinician counselor in the states of Tennessee, Kentucky, and Utah. I've always desired to understand feelings, behaviour and the human mind; always been driven toward solving the questions that start with why. My passion for therapy began after realizing I was helping many clients with the similar concerns related to identity confusion, limited self-awareness, and low self-confidence. Life is pretty complex and sometimes presents us with challenges that require support and therapeutic interventions to achieve balance and overall wellness. Congratulations to you for your courage, and on your decision to seek empowerment and enhance your current emotional well-being. If you are in need of more support for your journey don't hesitate to reach out. Even if we aren't the right fit let me send you in the right direction.

My mission is to be a servant to others by empowering and helping you on your path to emotional wellness. I have helped children, teens and adults with anxiety, depression, mental health disorders, relationship conflict, and parenting concerns; assisted others to heal from acute abuse, childhood and adult traumas. I am also experienced with persons who have migrated to the US from other countries and the barriers that are encountered with those changes. Whether it be acute crises', life surprises, circumstantial stressors or complex traumas; let me teach you new skills or sharpen the ones you already use to either decrease, eliminate or change negative behaviors or unwanted symptoms. I have worked among many different populations and settings (non-profit organizations, state and government facilities, public education, and now private practice) and have learned to navigate through different challenges and with those experiences I have become a person who is compassionate to unique needs and desires. If there is an area of concern that I'm not able to assist you with I will be honest with you and seek assistance or refer you to a better qualified professional.
