Hello, my name is Mark Stoltz. Are you feeling that you have lost your way in the midst of your current circumstances? Maybe you are feeling overwhelmed, depressed or anxious. As a therapist I love working with people and I have over 35 years of experience in assisting others with various life issues. I am skilled at assisting you in identifying what you are thinking and feeling as we work together to come up with strategies for your wellness. if you struggle with critical self-talk and perfectionism, please know that there is help available. As a therapist I am concerned for a person's physical, emotional, and spiritual health. My clients experience me as a compassionate listener whom is willing to provide insights on your journey. I see a wide variety of clients from various backgrounds and I am also comfortable with individuals who are specifically seeking a Christian therapist. I am experienced in multiple treatment modalities and I take an eclectic approach to help you reach your treatment goals.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first Session you will be given ample opportunity to share your concerns. Towards the end of the session you will be given feedback based on information gathered during our meeting. Provided that you are comfortable with the therapist some direction will be given for Future work together. If you are like most clients that I see, after our initial session you will feel a sense of hope as well as gratitude that you have taken the step to begin therapy.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

As a therapist I am committed to ongoing education and experiences that enhance my work as a treatment provider. I am comfortable with cbt, relaxation, meditation, grief counseling, act and various treatment modalities. I have a keen interest in health and mental health, and I am comfortable in addressing both in your treatment. In addition to accepting referrals from my colleagues and past clients for traditional mental health concerns, I also receive requests for treatment by those whom want a biblically consistent approach to their recovery.

When evaluated by peers, supervisors or previous clients. I am consistently validated for being insightful, wise and compassionate. I am known for being able to synthesize information that crystallizes things in a way that makes sense for clients.
