I have 10 years experience working with very hard family situations. I am a therapist that has worked with the hardest parts of the family situations: child welfare, children in foster care, parents who are trying to get their children back from foster care, heightened family conflict preceding divorce, parental alienation, reunification therapy, working with both perpetrators and victims. My experience extends also to some of the alternative relationship structures such as polyamory and kink communities.

Hi, I’m India, and I’m searching for clients who are ready to start a new journey but aren’t ready to do it on their own. Have you been feeling overwhelmed with the pressure and stressors of life? Feel as though every turn you take leads you down a path of darkness, hopelessness, self-doubt, and despair. Struggling to manage everyday tasks, and have a desire to keep going but can’t motivate yourself to do so? I dedicate my work to helping hardworking men and women like yourself, obtain the tools they need to better manage high stress situations that often feel overpowering. As we work together to identify the issues that bring about symptoms of anxiety, stress and often depression, you will acquire the confidence you need to make those positive, meaningful changes. We will focus on empowering and lifting your spirit, before identifying areas of the mind that have a negative impact on the physical. The approach will always be person centered, warm and will allow you to become more aware of the person you truly are, with a goal of believing you are the individual you desire to be. My approach is integrative and includes evidence-based techniques that will allow you to discover new ways to manage the uncertainty of life. You will always be respected and viewed as the expert and can feel safe knowing I genuinely care about your progress. So, if you’re ready to take the next step and feel the time to reclaim yourself is now, let’s work together to formulate an effective plan.

Eclectic, spiritually bent, and sacredly genuine. I utilize creativity and work from an embodied healing approach. I will lovingly challenge you; while lovingly supporting you. I want to help you connect to, and operate from, your True Self. Out of the box thinker; life does not fit in a box; therefore, therapy does not fit in a box. Connect to what a fulfilled life looks like for you; and, then how to live that life. Shedding of old patterns and transition into your genuine self. Also, offer energy work.

Are you feeling the effects of stress in your life with increased overwhelm, irritability, anxiety or health issues? These are important messages that let us know it's time to tune in and make some changes. At different points in our lives we all face challenges and I see them as opportunities to learn something more about ourselves, the impact of the past, and what we can step into that will bring a greater sense of calm, connection and confidence. The past 15 years of my 30+ years since I began in the fields of psychology and social work I have been focused on empowering women to understand more about themselves, their needs and how to rise above the past and reframe current stressors. As a Holistic Wellness Therapist, I am passionate about supporting women in identifying their needs; mind, body, heart and soul. My intentions are for you to be heard and experience increased levels of self-awareness, wellness and power within your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health needs. I provide a kind, caring and compassionate space for you to share your thoughts, feelings and dreams. We will work together to identify the areas where further exploration, education, and empowerment is needed. Ways to connect you with a greater sense of self-love, acceptance and authenticity. You deserve to feel good about who you are, what makes you unique and how to live your healthiest, happiest and most abundant life.

My last job before doing psychotherapy full time was working in an emergency room alongside psychiatric residents doing crisis evaluations, advocating for all populations to get them the proper level of care needed. You are here hoping to find that therapist who stands out to you because you want to find someone who can help you. The search can be overwhelming for some. Most of the profiles of therapists are going to say similar things. Most of which should be standard like brakes on a car. I cannot promise I'm the right one for you. Here is what I can tell you about my approach. I believe in being practical which means I will not use a lot of psycho-babble or fancy strategies. I have a tendency to be blunt. My wife says I'm the "bluntest politest man" she has ever met. I'm going to be real with you. I love couples/marriage counseling, and that is my main focus. However, about half of my clients have always been individuals. Some people just need a place to vent. Others need help solving a problem, and most people need a little of both. I know therapy might be a little intimidating or even scary to some. Try to think of it as a massage for your brain. It's a place where you can say whatever you want guilt-free.
