What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
The first session is about getting acquainted and building a foundation for future work. I will ask questions to understand what brings you to therapy. This might involve your symptoms, recent events, or past experiences that contribute to your current situation. We will discuss what you hope to achieve in therapy and create a preliminary plan that is flexible and can adjust as you progress. Remember, the first session is about laying the groundwork. It's a chance to see if you feel comfortable with my therapeutic approach and I invite any questions or concerns you may have.

My greatest strengths as a provider is creating a safe and trusting space where clients feel comfortable sharing their vulnerabilities. I am able to understand and appreciate the unique experiences of clients from diverse backgrounds and analyze situations from different angles to help clients develop effective coping mechanisms.
