Hi! My name is Brent. I work to create a safe and non-judgmental space where we can discuss any concerns and gain more insight into your anxiety, depression, or trauma. We will work together as a team to identify your strengths, develop therapeutic goals, and learn new tools to better your own well-being. I can also work with you on managing any behaviors in the home your child may be struggling with.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
As a therapist, I often use a strengths-based, integrative approach. This allows me to offer a wide range of treatment options for my clients, helping them to meet their goals in an evidence-based, creative way. We work together as a team to develop the tools needed to achieve your therapeutic goals, decrease your symptoms, and to succeed in your day-to-day life. We will work best if you are ready to work together as a team to accomplish your goals and to make the changes needed to improve your overall wellness.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
