I generally check messages throughout the day; however, my practice hours are 7 am-2 pm EST Monday-Thursday. Given the nature of this work, I am not always immediately available to respond. I will do my best to respond as promptly as I can, usually within 24 business hours. Weekends are an exception as I must include time for self-care, as should you!
