I choose to practice trauma-informed care because intention and corrective experiences are important aspects of healing. As a therapist, I enjoy providing services for children, teens and adults of all ages, through individual, couples and family therapy. Recognizing each person and every family has its own unique makeup and needs, I utilize strengths-based approaches to help foster improved relationships and learn new ways of working together towards goals.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
Therapy is a great place to practice prioritizing you. Bring your thoughts, feelings, worries, dreams and fears. It’s your time, and by bringing what’s important to you, you can ensure the time is spent focusing on what will provide what you need the most. My treatment goals focus on guiding clients towards identifying helpful new ways of coping and communicating to find sustainable solutions and relieve suffering.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
I love championing my clients towards their best selves, while contributing encouragement, empathy, and hope for a bright future!
