My therapeutic approach is direct and active, promoting clarity, healing, encouragement, as well as change. I possess experience working with clients diagnosed with diverse mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, mood disorders, etc. Additionally, through my experience, I have developed an integrative approach to therapy.
