Now Available Weekend and Weekday Mornings! Therapy with me is not a place where you are given band-aids. While many techniques I employ can help in the immediate, our goal is to find long-lasting change. This may be uncomfortable or difficult at times, but through that discomfort comes deeper understanding and insight, and ultimately a more healed and meaningful existence. All of this is done in the warmest, most supportive environment possible. Hard work can be wrapped in comfort and support to make the journey a little less hard. I want you to feel safe even during difficult moments. The most important person in our sessions is you. You are the focus, and I am unashamedly on your side - our goal is to help you reach your most authentic self. I will push you to do the hard work but also be your biggest cheerleader. We will take on challenges together; you will never be alone.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
When working with me, you can expect a holistic approach to therapy that draws from a range of evidence-based techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), feminist therapy, intersectional therapy, and existential therapy. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore the unconscious factors that influence your behavior and relationships. Whether you’re struggling with grief, relationship issues, trauma, or personality disorders such as borderline or narcissistic personality disorder, I have the expertise to help you navigate these challenges. No matter your age, identity, or background, I am committed to hearing your story without judgment and providing a safe and compassionate space for your healing. I promise to not only listen to you, but to authentically engage with you. I believe in creating a genuine human connection with you, so that we can work collaboratively towards lasting change and healing. I promise to show up as a real person (who happens to know a lot about psychology), and I invite you to do the same. I cannot wait to meet you, and to hear your story.
