I have expertise in working with all ages and am trained and skilled in working with people with neuro-divergent symptoms and diagnoses, along with their families. I also enjoy helping people recover from trauma, anxiety/depression and life transitions. I also adore working with individuals who aspire to reach deeper and engage in self-improvement and self-care. Let's get together soon so that we can evaluate and assess your needs and priorities. I love working with people who want to learn in our eager to not only heal, but also experience change, meaning a changed self. This is because it changed self develops the capacity to feel safe and sound inside themselves, and become ever more clear on how to desire to grow.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
Your first session will cover, basic clinical interviewing information that isn’t covered in the paperwork, and again getting to know each other and building rapport and trust. I’ll also get a general idea of what your treatment plans may look like and approximately how long it may take how long they expect to take to reach their treatment goals and then subsequent to that can either resolve terminate therapy or develop new treatment goals..
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
My strengths as a therapist include the following: my capacity for caring and connecting; an ability to quickly "see" and understand problems and then develop the best path forward out of many; to provide resources and insight by giving tools and more.
