Hello I’m Hazel, Are you struggling with past trauma, self esteem, anxiety, depression, grief or even relationships? Is your mental health affecting your relationships, work and health? Is it hard to practice self care and self compassion? I can help you manage stress, anxiety, fears and more. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you’re facing. This will help me create goals and a treatment plan for us to work through in follow up sessions.

My biggest strengths are working with individuals from adolescents to adults. I specialize in anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, substance abuse, eating disorders, ODD, grief and more. I have experience working in psychiatric units, substance abuse clinics, outpatient and private practice.
