Hello there! My name is Mayra Vargas, and I am located in St. Lucie County, Florida. I received my Master's degree from the University of Texas A&M-Commerce and have been practicing for over five years. My focus is on helping individuals gain control of their anxiety, depression, and other symptoms by assisting them in gradually implementing helpful tools and leveraging their unique strengths to better manage their emotions.
