I enjoy working with individuals of all ages, as well as couples, families, and groups on diverse issues (e.g., life changes and day-to-day experiences, stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, psychosis, psychosomatic, gender issues, LGTBQ+ issues, substance abuse, eating disorders, personality, disruptive behaviors, and so much more). I have certifications in working with clients who have experienced trauma and have extensive crisis training.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
During your initial visit, we will explore your intentions and identify your goals for therapy. My practice style is to use an integrative approach to assist my clients in understanding that they are the greatest agent for change, progress, and growth. YOU are the answer and the solution to your inquests. Allow me to embolden you in becoming the agent of change in your own life.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
As your clinician, my goal is to meet you where you are and to assist you with fastening the tools that you need to reach your personal and professional goals. We will work collaboratively to determine your treatment objectives and to make real-time adjustments to your campaign.
