I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been working as a therapist for over 12 years in different settings. My experience includes working with children, traumatic brain injury patients, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings in the community, including a variety of diagnoses. My therapeutic style is centered on respect and compassion. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma and relationship issues.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
My goal is to simplify people’s lives, assist in overcoming challenges, and motivate and make clients feel enlightened and equipped with practical and useful coping skills. My heart is in helping the community; making them feel safe, supported and encouraged.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
I believe everyone can attain and is deserving of a happy and fulfilling life. I believe in creating a safe space and utilizing different therapeutic approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, ACT therapy, person-centered therapy and behavior therapy to address the needs of people. By utilizing my clinical set of skills, I consider I have been able to create a helpful impact on others.

I believe my biggest strengths are providing a safe space for my clients, providing a non-judgmental environment, trust and respect for others.
