I am a Clinical Psychologist who began working with clients in 2004. I have worked with a military population since 2009, to include active duty, their family members, and retirees, helping folks overcome a wide range of challenges that stand between who they are and the version of themselves they would like to be. Clients have sought support to work through anxiety and depression, trauma, grief and loss; as well as relationship stressors, communication challenges, and needs related to sense of self and worth. I am grateful to be trusted by my clients, am very careful to protect the needs they share, and appreciate being a part of their growth.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session, my hope is to learn a bit about what you are looking for and an idea of how I can help you get there. I believe that the right “fit” between a client and clinician is incredibly important, so our first conversation is also answering any questions or might have or addressing any concerns.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
I have focused on helping my clients achieve their goals while also giving them the tools and confidence to overcome future challenges.
