Self care is one of the most important aspects of mental wellness and we will explore your self care and potential areas of improvement in addition to your other mental wellness goals. I am here to help you during your mental wellness journey. I start where you are and go from there. We will work together to develop specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound goals aka SMART goals.

I utilize approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to address distorted thinking patterns, Dialectical Behavior Therapy to address emotional dysregulation, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to address inaction and avoidance, and Solution Focused Therapy to address short term goals.

I work with adults providing individual therapy only. I do not provide ESA letters nor disability/Leave of absence/legal/lawsuit/workers comp documentation. I do not treat trauma disorders.
