What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session together, we will be following up with our consultation over the phone. Because I value finding the right fit when looking for a therapist, most first sessions are a welcoming into therapy and continuation of discussing some of the specific things you would like to work on together. You can expect to learn about the flow of sessions (using the virtual platform), gain answers to any questions you may have from the opening paperwork, and finish the session with a clear and specific goal for what we will be working towards together.

My greatest strengths are that: I'm creative- I curate and design the session based on your individual needs. I'm a safe space- People often share that therapy with me is helpful, supportive, empowering, and easy going. I'm intentional- You leave each session with a take-away lesson.
