I am passionate about helping individuals, couples and families return to love for self and others. Together, we will co-create peaceful spaces to make sense of the past while sitting in the present anticipating the future. I completed my graduate studies at Christian Theological Seminary, a COAMFTE accredited program. My clinical interests include sexual health, sex therapy, grief and loss, racial trauma, single parents, young adults, and golden agers (retirees).
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In my therapy sessions, we’ll work to solve current problems and improve positive thinking and behavior. I will help you “re-frame” your reactions and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles. I’m confident you’ll find my personalized Individual Therapy beneficial and inspirational. Most of all I want you to feel a sense of peace and freedom that you are moving in the direction that is right for you.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
Providing a supportive, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment for my clients; and as a committed, professional Therapist in the Indianapolis area, your well-being and mental strength are my top priorities.
