What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. The first session in also about un building an initial connection and helping me get a sense of where we should go from there. Each individual is different, and I like to listen first to meet my client where he is at.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
Working in the mental health field has allowed me to gain the strength of offering you a safe and non-judgmental space for you who have a story to tell. I strive to be present and active listen to your story.
