Mending Moments Therapy

5 years of experience

Many of us struggle in silence to overcome the challenges we face, but you no longer have to face that battle alone. While the first step is acknowledging the change you need, it takes courage to recognize you need some guidance. It takes even more courage to initiate those first steps towards improving your life. I am a mental health therapist passionate about serving children, adolescents, families, and individual clients in need. I empower my clients battling issues related to anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, self-harming behavior, trauma, emotional regulation, difficulties with stress, anger management, relationship problems, and many more. I consider the work I do a privilege. I look forward to beginning the journey of assisting clients in becoming not who they were before but a new, integrated, and improved version of themselves. Are you ready to embark on this adventure together?

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

My treatment methods for clients are person-centered and integrate evidence-based interventions from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectal behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, trauma-focused CBT, and more. I implement a strengths-based perspective when providing care to clients across various presenting problems.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
