I have experienced many seasons of life. I understand we all are on different routes and make stops along the journey. I try to embrace each new path. Life is full of joy and trials. I assist you in working through life’s challenges. My belief is that these challenges can have value and give us an opportunity for self-reflection and growth. When we find our strengths we can move forward and find inner peace. I enjoy working with adults, children over the age of 6 and couples. We all face emotional challenges. Therapy is solution focused and I often incorporate mindful exercises and strategies. Despite the circumstance we are on a journey of self -reflection and hope. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, review your narrative and life experiences, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a treatment plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
