Hello! My name is Casey! Life can be tough, but you don’t have to go through the tough stuff alone. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my desire is to support folks in achieving their goals and creating the change they want to see in themselves. I am passionate about empowering and educating individuals so that they may succeed in their goals. I have over 7 years of experience working in the mental health and substance use fields including experience working with outpatient mental health, eating disorder, and substance use programs. I have extensive experience working with individuals who struggle with adjusting to life transitions, or who are experiencing grief and loss, self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, binge eating, infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, OCD, phobias, or are in recovery from substance use. I enjoy working with adults, and elderly individuals. I would love to chat more about your particular therapy needs and see if I would be a good fit! Please reach out; I look forward to hearing from you!
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session, we will do a brief introduction, address questions you may have, and then begin to explore why it is you are seeking therapy. We may discuss your experience with therapy and what you feel works and does not work for you. We will create a treatment plan together that will include your goals and how we will accomplish those goals. Throughout our time together, I encourage individuals to give me feedback about our progress so that we may adjust the treatment plan as needed to meet your needs.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
I feel my biggest strength is working with individuals who are struggling with more than one issue. Whether that be multiple diagnoses (anxiety, depression, OCD, eating disorder etc.) or who are struggling with mental health and substance use. I have experience working with individuals who are struggling with infertility, are new parents, or are pregnant and want to address mental health needs. I feel my niche is supporting folks who have complex or complicated needs and I enjoy working with folks who are ready to make a change or get the support they need.
