I see each of my clients from a holistic perspective and hope to empower individuals to change their lives in a way that aligns with their personal values. I approach counseling through the lens of an attachment and nervous system perspective. This means that, with a collaborative approach, we will work through your past and present story to become more attuned to your affect and reactions to daily life experiences. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, eating disorders, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and emotions can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek understanding of your life, and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support and empower you in that journey.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In your first session you and I will get to know one another and begin the process of building a strong foundation for a therapeutic environment that is comfortable and easy going. The hope is that a strong and healthy foundation would be the breeding ground for powerful growth and change!
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
