In life we have peaks and valleys. For some, we find the valleys are the times we may feel most alone. I specialize in helping clients to feel less alone and much more empowered and to find clarity. In our aspirations to find love, peace and happiness we develop healthier relationships with self first and with others. In my practice I walk along side my clients on this journey of self fulfillment with a non judgmental and compassionate stance.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions as we discuss your goals for therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My approach is warm and honest while focusing on assisting clients to be their healthiest both, mentally and physically.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Our thoughts and perceptions influence the way we feel and behave. I use CBT to help clients identify patterns and develop skills to feel better, make better decisions and live a more fulfilling life by integrating healthier ways of being with self and others.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

ACT therapy allows to listen to your own self talk about life situations and traumas. Accepting and acknowledging your thoughts and emotions rather than avoiding them. This will also assist in making behavioral changes to modify what hasn't worked for you in the past. Ultimately, developing skills to practice confident and productive behaviors that align with your personal goals and values.

Interpersonal

We will focus on improving relationship patterns to relieve mental health symptoms including anxiety and depressive symptoms. We delve in to understanding emotions and how we show up in relationships.
