I am passionate about helping those struggling through life's many transitions. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, go through your history, and explore the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Everyone has strengths. Given my professional and personal experiences and knowledge, I look for the strengths in my clients and use those to help them achieve their goals for therapy and a better outlook on life.
