My goal is to help you process the things you have identified and provide you with the tools to improve the quality of your life. Healing is possible.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In your first session, we will spend time getting to know one another. We will discuss your goals for treatment and expectations of your therapist. It is important to make sure that I am a good fit for you. This is your journey to heal.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I feel that my greatest strengths as a therapist, are compassionate, kind, patent, and I want you to succeed and heal. Therapy is a big step. This is your journey. You define your success!

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I believe that gaining control over your mind and thoughts is one of the most powerful tools we have. Sometimes, life hands us difficult circumstances that require us change our thought patterns.

Positive Psychology

Positive psychology can help you transform your life by finding meaning, purpose, and the positives in your life. I am here to help you sort through trauma, thought patterns, and negative influences, by providing you tools to transform your life through positive psychology.

Compassion Focused

As a therapist, I believe that compassion is imperative. Whether you are going through a breakup, a loss, challenging situations at work, or inner turmoil, there will be empathy and compassion extended.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

When working with clients, I do believe in being solutions focused. Being solutions focused can help decrease anxiety and teach clients skills to learn to think differently when faced with obstacles and decisions.

Trauma-Focused CBT

As a clinician that has worked with survivors of narcissistic abuse, sexual abuse, and child -hood trauma, I believe in the power of cognitive behavioral therapy to assist you in being able to cope with the distress that trauma can bring.
