I am a licensed clinical social worker (SW12568) located in Tampa, Florida. I am also a general practitioner whose specific areas of expertise are the treatment of depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress. I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), positive psychology, and mindfulness to empower individuals and help them realize then strive to reach their full potential.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
During your first session, I will discuss confidentiality policies and mandates, will explore the nature of why you are seeking services, begin to establish trust and rapport, and gather pertinent information to aid in establishing a viable treatment plan and discuss your goals.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
