Hello! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Certified Art Therapist follow my life passion to help others in a time of need. We all need a little help sometimes and that’s ok. My goal is to offer a safe space to being to explore and understand the barriers that are between you and the life you want. I can help in identifying ways to begin to address these barrier whether they be life circumstances or parts of you self that might be holding you back.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session is an opportunity for us to meet and get to know each other. I offer you to share all aspects of you to get an holistic perspective of you. We will begin to work together to determine your goals for treatment and how I can help you meet these.

I meet you where you are at in your therapeutic journey, whether this your first time or seventh time seeking treatment. I’ve found that my clients appreciate my compassionate and collaborative approach I work from. I typically work with an electric style allowing me to meet your needs throughout treatment. I can offer a unique and creative approach when integrating art as therapy and art therapy exercises into therapy. Introducing art into sessions has proven to help clients explore, talk about and understand their challenging experiences or emotions.

Part of treatment will involve exploring your thoughts, beliefs, attitudes, and relationships. Once you have identified the relationship between your problems, behavior, and thoughts, you can begin to learn healthy ways to cope and manage your thoughts and emotions during and after treatment.
