Throughout this journey called life, there are several obstacles, challenges, stressors, and disappointments you will face that contribute to feeling down and out. I have worked with a variety of individuals, ranging from children to adults, experiencing depression, anger, and anxiety, to name a few. My counseling style is to come alongside you and, through collaboration, accomplish your goals. My counseling approach incorporates the mind, body, and soul and utilizes an array of therapeutic techniques and theories.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In the first session, there will be introductions and a brief assessment. The assessment will capture any underlying health concerns and development. We will discuss your reason for attending therapy and the goals you desire to achieve. From there, we will collaboratively create a treatment plan to guide future sessions.
